In the past we had workbooks, filled with workouts...
They were time consuming and, well, exhausting!
2018's 30 Day Rider Fitness Challenge is different.
Just one exercise a day coupled with how it will help you get results in the saddle.
You can then build a daily workout for yourself - day by day (or stick to one a day if you want!) depending on where you are in your riding and your fitness
Rather than going all out, we are tailoring things back.
4 days a week - 4 videos a week - 5 minutes or less a video.
All created with the specific goal of helping you understand 'why' you do what you do in the saddle - and how becoming fitter will help you to do those things even better.
These videos will help keep you motivated, moving forward and getting the most out of the program - no rider left behind...
